I agree- I'm normally a size 8 (sometimes a 6 )and I went with the size 2! Unless you like the skirt to be full- I'd suggest sizing way down for a straighter look.
I think it depends upon the look you want with the skirt. If you want to emphasize the bell shape I think you could probably get your regular size or down one size. I didn't like all the extra fabric around my hips from the gathering and the pockets, so I actually went down about three sizes, from a 4/6 to a 00. I just tried it on again and I'm still not totally convinced that it's flattering on me, but I really love the fabric and color. I hope it works for you guys and you love it!
does anyone know if this skirt runs TTS? or is it running large b/c it is a little A-line. They didn't have my size at BM, but after touching the fabric and the % off, I really want to buy.
Had to grab this skirt online this morning with the extra % off! :-P
I'm not normally a "winter skirt" person but this is one I think I have to at least try!!! I LOVE all of the sets you lovely ladies are making with it so I always have those to turn to if I'm stuck on how to style it! Thanks! =)
I loved this skirt when I tried it on and it's already sold out of my size online and at my store! Oh well, I can't really buy anything right now! Maybe on a popback later on! This is cute!
