brenda the way you put their names is that little do hickey above the 2......see it? just put your cap on and press 2 and then the @ sign comes up....then you type that plus their name , like this @brenda-joyce ....most of the time when you start typing the name, it comes up automatically below and then you can just click it. hope this helped you
