I was looking forward to the new Louise Gray Autumn Winter collection. As her show goes, it was extremely eclectic, especially the exuberant of vibrant colours and textures. It looked exciting and utterly wacky! But I like that :)
Gray’s trademarks were the many mixtures of prints combined together such as the geometric prints and the zigzags, along with the strong clashing colours. For this season, she was inspired by the patterns of Fernand Leger, also the style of Cyndi Lauper and Debbie Harry from Blondie. This collection was called ‘I’ll Take It.”
Each outfit was worn with a quirky clashing colourful tights and patent high knee boots. The styling of the hair and makeup looked amazing, especially the exaggerated wigs. It reminded me of a David Bowie style. I loved the punky references of her inspiration and overall it looked like a Louise Gray girl in the London scene.

Louise Gray came in one time and did a Question & Answer lecture at my Uni, it was quite a short talk. But she seemed very down to earth :)

I have been inspired by LFW recently and I am creating sets on my favourites from this season’s AW 2012 :)
It's a leap year!
