What sets my tutu apart?...My tutus are handcrafted from soft 100% nylon tulle. Each tutu is crafted on a one inch anti-flip elastic band that is flexible and fits softly and comfortably around your child's waist. I use 100-150+ yards of tulle in every tutu!
