I have an old denim jacket that I NEVER wear... the arms are just a bit too tight unless I'm wearing a tank under it, and out here on the coast it's never warm enough for tanks. I think I'll bring it to my seamstress and have her turn it into a vest! It's definitely "distressed" enough... I've owned it for 20 years! And it's a Ralph Lauren, so that's why I've never donated it to charity. Thank you for the inspiration!
