I've been procrastinating this long enough. So.. According to my height, age, and the ideal weight calculator, I should lose 10 kg which is 22 lbs. I think that I need half of those 10 kg because I don't like looking too skinny. Basically want to have a flat stomach because else where I'm pretty much satisfied with my body. So today I'm gonna start a healthy balanced diet with some workouts. It should be a lifestyle (I KNOW).. Not just to reach my target and then get back to the old bad habits. Hopefully I don't get lazy in the middle of the track. Wish me luck dearies. Xoxo
