HIP : stand with heels together and measure around the widest part of your hips. Do not pull the tape too tight and if your hips not more than shorts hips above, this shorts will fit you. WAIST : measure by start from crotch point up to the front waist (measure equal to the "Front Rise" given above). Then from that point, measure around your 'waist' to see if your waist not more than shorts waist above the shorts will fit you. THIGH WIDTH : for sure that thigh width of short will not tight your legs. Measuring by start from your waist point (you get waist point from waist topic above) down to the bottom along outside of your leg. (measure equal to the "Length" given above).
