I really like this workout! My calves and thighs felt a lot tighter after doing these workouts and I also began to see some definition in my torso. Personally, I enjoy exercising and so I would definitely continue this. In fact, I'm thinking of doing this for another couple of weeks just to see if I can get my calves and thighs to get more toned. Plus, a lot of these workouts were super fun when done while listening to some up-beat music. My workout playlist:

I chose all these songs because they are up-beat, high-energy, and fun. Whenever I get bored of my playlist, I use Pandora and then eventually update my songs, but I've been using this playlist for almost a month now and I'm still not bored of it! 

How I feel about the pressure to be perfect: 
I feel that society puts too much emphasis on skinny rather than healthy. The goal should be to get fit, not to get thin. I see people go on crazy diets trying to get slimmer but these diets would negatively affect their health. If media promoted fit women instead of just skinny women, then girls would be much more likely to go and workout and eat healthy than to starve themselves. Personally, I'd want to look like a Victoria Secret model, not a starved runway model. Tone muscles, flat stomach, defined arms, and shapely legs are beautiful. Twig-like arms, sticks for legs, ribs, and exposed bones are not. That being said, flab and chubbiness isn't attractive either but I don't think it's the sole reason that makes someone ugly. However, I would strive to get that tones body that guys lust after, simply because it's healthier and more attractive.
