Mason Jar Gifts

Yesterday was 12/12/12! And yes, I did get up at 12/12/12 pm :). something like that wont happen for another 100 years- awesome. I missed 11/11/11 so I couldnt miss this one!!! anyway...

Jarred gifts look gorgeous and often contain wonderful gifts! Theyre fun to make- and to get.
Decorate your jar- simply (maybe just a ribbon and/or lable?) or elaboratley (paint, ribbon, fabric, etc)
Then fill it. Here are some ideas (all homemade, unless otherwise noted! :) ):
 

 
+a candle
 
+trail mix
 
+nuts
 
+sweet sauces
 
+jam
 
+salsa
 
+pickles
 
+Hershey and/or Doves
 
+a kit for making something
 
+snowglobe
 
+a dip
 
+apple sauce
 
+lip gloss/chapstick/lip balm
 
+Vasceline
 
+M&Ms (try a certain color combo)
 
+Roles of paper (poetry, notes, wishes, ideas, letters, stores, etc)
 
+lucky pennies and/or other coins (all made in his/her birth year)
 
+a tiny stool and tag that says 'stool sample' (white elephant/gag gift!)
