How are we all feeling today?

Daily reminder that your emotions and feelings are valid and understandable and that there’s nothing stupid or wrong about them. You feel the way you feel and it doesn’t always make you feel good, and that’s okay too. It’s okay to be sad.

Try to do one thing if you can (no matter how big or small) to self-care. It could be something like making a cup of tea, taking a shower, going for a walk, or doing something you enjoy like drawing or writing.
