“Sebastian just smiled. “I could hear your heart beating,” he said softly. “When you were watching me with Valentine. Did it bother you?”
“That you seem to be dating my dad?” Jace shrugged. "You’re a little young for him, to be honest.”
“What?” For the first time since Jace had met him, Sebastian seemed flabbergasted.”
― Cassandra Clare, City of Glass
That photo of Clary and Jace in Midnight Flower picture just sums up that scene perfectly, better than I imagined in the book!

1) What is on your top wish-list now?
Entry Level job as a design assistant (but I think I’ve got a long way to go!) and to go travelling.
2) What is your favorite movie?
Augustus Rush, Despicable Me 2, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, X-Men First Class, Pirates of the Caribbean, Dumbo.
3) What song on the top of your playlist now?
We come running by Youngblood Hawke. That’s a really good summer song. The new song by the Vaccines called Melody Calling is pretty good!
4) Describe your style in three words.
Casual, preppy and repetitive (I wear the same things over and over again)
5) What are your favorite fashion brands/designers?
Acne, Rag & Bone, J. Crew, Burberry, Anna Sui, Phillip Lim and Kenzo. For High Street: Topshop, H&M and Urban Outfiiters. There are a lot of designers I like but it’s mostly for the items I see on polyvore.
6) Who is the person that you trusted most?
That’s a hard question, because I have a few close friends that I do trust and not just one person.
7) What are you afraid of?
Failure and not being good enough. Heights and losing the ones I care about. Dying. Falling. Deadlines. Preparing for interviews.
8) What kind of movies do you watch most? (e.g. thriller, action)
I enjoy the thrillers and actions the most because they are the most exciting, but I do love a bit of comedy! I saw Despicable Me 2 and it was hilarious! Laugh out loud all the way through! I love those yellow minions, I want one!
9) Sneakers or heels?
I love Vans but they want me super clumsy for some reason! I do like heels but I’m more of a boots girl if that counts as heels?
10) What place do you usually hang out? (e.g. mall, or else)
I don’t have a specific place I hang out. When I’m out and about, usually in a restaurant or a shopping centre…
1) Have you got a pet?
No, don’t have time for pets.
2) What is your passion?
Probably print design.
3) Do you have any thoughts on the meaning of life that you would like to share?
I think life is harsh, complicated and bittersweet. That’s how I’d sum up life.
4) Why did you follow me?
I like your sets. That’s the only reason why I follow people.
5) City or country?
I’m a city person but I like the countryside too, don’t go there often though. I went to a trip to countryside in Wales in Pembrokeshire once on a school trip, I loved it! I’m not use to lots of trees and the wilderness, but to see it was nice!
6) If you were to set out on an adventure, what would it be?
Ohh...travelling in the US and Canada. Australia and Europe. First stop: The Big Apple and next Big Bean. I’d really love to travel, the world is too exciting and beautiful to stay in one place.
7) What is your favorite quote?
It’s by John Lennon:
“When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.”
There was this quote I found on tumblr, I thought it was beautiful...just read this:
“He looked at her in a way he had never looked at her before. He looked at her in a way he had never looked at anyone before. He saw her; truly saw her. Saw her for everything she was and is and would someday be. He realized then that he loved her; he loved her like the world was beginning and ending all at once. But he could never have her. It was too late, all too late. In a brilliant and agonizing second, his heart filled with the most inexplicable joy and then burst into a thousand pieces, filling his chest with the piercing shrapnel of a broken heart.”
I’m still wondering who wrote this! It’s anonymous.
8) What was your last dream?
Okayyyyyy…I have so many weird dreams to date. They were interesting but then I’d wake up and have no idea what it is about! Like this morning - I don’t remember. I could tell you a fairly...good dream I had about 1 or 2 years ago (I don’t remember!) Basically I’ve been writing this “love story” (I’m using air quotes) for three years (yes I’m a cliché) and this one time, I actually dreamt about my 2 main characters. It was so weird and nice at the same time because it was the scene I wanted to write. I woke up and like what the hell was that? Weird and wonderful it was. Then I thought: Oh my god, I’m having a Stephenie Meyer moment!
9) Who is your favorite actor/actress?
I don’t have a lot of favourites but I like Emma Watson, James McAvoy and Robert Sheehan - love him in Misfits! There are a lot of actors I like but wouldn’t consider them as my favourite. I like Jamie Bower Campbell, he’s quite funny in interviews and he’s playing Jace in the Mortal Instruments, how exciting! Ah Russell Brand! He’s an actor now isn’t he? He is hilarious lols.
10) What do you want to be when you grow up? (If you aren't an adult already)
Aha, I’m already an adult. I don’t know to be honest with you. I like creating print designs and using CAD, so maybe an illustrator for a brand. But I wished I were good at HTLM coding and web design because it’s very useful and companies/brands value it more, which is something I realised recently! I did want to work in a magazine in editorial design one time but realised you have to start out young and by young I mean working for free a lot.
