-1 cup butter, softened
-1 cup white sugar
-1 cup packed brown sugar
-2 eggs
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-3 cups all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-2 teaspoons hot water
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
-Store-bought chocolate cupcake icing (or you could use vanilla buttercream frosting! The recipe for it is on this set:

O1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (175°C)
O2. Mix together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
O3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
O4. Add vanilla to the mixture!
O5. Take some hot water (not boiling, but water's thats just hot enough so you can't touch it) and dissolve baking soda in it. Add it to the mixture.
O6. Add in the flour and chocolate chips
O7. Take large spoonfuls and put them in a greased cupcake pan. 
O8. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until they are golden-brown. Let cool for 2 minutes.
O9. Take your store bought icing (or your Vanilla Buttercream icing) and spread it on top of the mini chocolate chip cookies.

Note: You could also just use store bought cookie dough. If you do, take about a minute or two off the cooking time on the package, since the hot metal around the cookie dough may make it bake faster.
