8 mozzarella cheese sticks
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
2/3 cups flour
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Pinch of cayenne
2 tablespoons milk

what to do? (:

Cream butter, add flour, crumbs, mozzarella cheese sticks and seasonings. Mix thoroughly, then add milk. Dip the mozzarella cheese sticks in the breading.
Heat oil in a deep fryer at 350°F. Deep fry the mozzarella sticks from 9 to 12 minutes.
