**Growing up, my grandmother would love to play old R&b and gospel songs, and Aretha was one of her favorites to play. She could do both so effortlessly and with soul and also put in her own unique sassy style. She has worked with so many of my favorites, such as Mary J. Blige, Stevie Wonder, George Michael, Whitney Houston, and Lauryn Hill.
