My Christmas

Christmas for me is all about church and family. First there is a children's program that my daughter-in-love puts together every year. My grandchildren ages 4 and 6 are in it along with all the children in our church. It is always adorable. On Christmas eve my son, who is one of our two pastors, will lead our church family in our evening service. Following the service we take the grandchildren home and get them into their pajamas. Then along with a bag of snacks, we take a nice long drive to see all the Christmas lights in the area. It's a wonderful evening, then we head home with the sleeping children. Their parents carry them up to bed and we head home to get ready for Christmas day present opening and a big meal. My daughter-in-love always makes a birthday cake for Jesus and the children get to blow out the candles. Its an awesome family Christmas full of love! I am so blessed.
