I know I'm not a tip girl, and I don't know how to be one or if there are any rules or anything but, my friends from outside of Polyvore inbox me and ask me how I stay so fit and flexible and I just wanted to share :)
I have a workout playlist on Youtube that I use at my gym and when I'm at home.

First of all I blast my music in my ear buds while I work out, it gets me in the mood and makes me want to work harder.I get really pumped when I play some of my favorite dancing songs.

wow that was alot.that's my whole playlist and I never get all the way through it, I just press shuffle and let the music go.

For my legs I usually do 
25 Squats with a Yoga ball
15 Lunges
Run in Place or on a Treadmill for 3.5 minutes
20 Leg Lifts 
30 Butt-Kicks

My Arms are a little bit harder to work on because I want them to stay slinder and have some muscle but not show as much muscle because I do cheerleading and my captin says huge muscles on girls are unattractive.I agree with her but being a cheerleader I also do have to be strong, I just can't look it.at least on my team
15 Push-ups
30 Arm-Circles {15 big, 15 small}
15 Pull-Ups {for these you can use anything that is above your head and can hold your weight without breaking.I use my staircase with the bar to help you walk up it}

These are the easiest for me and sometimes the more fun ones
25 Crunches
15 Sit-Ups
10 Jump Squats
I take a class at my gym and it really works my core alot and I makes a big diffrence in my figure

I LOVE Dancing, I love moving and when I hit the floor there is no stopping me.
I love up beat pop songs that I can just move my feet to.they really get me in the mood and when I move around my thighs get alot skinnier and I build up alot more muscles
Never be embarassed about looking crazy or stupid when you dance, the point is to just let go and have fun.be free.
When you dance depending on what you do you work every muscle in your body and you burn so much fat and so many calories.
Many don't want to accept that they dance, but eveything you do is dancing.when you get up and walk to the kitchen for a snack, dancing.when you take a shower, dancing.when you trip down the steps, get up and dust yourself off like nothing happened at all (Me XD) DANCING

Please get you 8-10 Hours of Sleep, you burn so many calories when you get enough sleep.not to mention its fun and you get a chance to use that imagination of yours.

I have a really strict diet and I try to stay on it but occasionally its okay to break as long as you keep up with your excersice schedule.

I usually eat:
Whole Wheat Toast with a little peanut butter
A Big Glass of Water
An Apple

I like:
Quesadillas with mozerella cheese or american cheese and a little ham
A Big Glass of Water
An Orange

I usually eat what my mom cooks and she usually gives me some 
Protien, like steak or baked chicken
A veggie, corn, carrots, salad
A Glass of Water
A side, brown rice or twice baked potatoes

At night I like to break off my diet a little
I eat a small slice of cake
2-3 Oreos 
Chocolate or Sugar Covered Strawberries
I also drink 1 1/2-2 glasses of water

I love water, it tastes good and gives you some energy
It also fills you up so you don't have to eat as much
Ans Water is great for your skin
