Never Felt Like a Princess

I usually do not like to do things like this, but I turned seventeen years old today (bt dubs, I'm receiving this blouse as a present) and at the achievement of 31 followers, I suppose I should tell you more about myself. 1. Do you have any pets?
No unfortunately. My parents have never really been "pet people" except for this one time when I was three and had two goldfish that lived for a week.
2. Name three things that are physically close to you:
My cell phone, a to-do list of things I'll never get done, and a mouse pad that has pictures of my extended family on it.
3. What’s the weather like right now?
Well right now it's nighttime, but today it was about 80 degrees and cloudy. It might get down to about 65 so all of my fellow Arizonians are probably breaking out the heavy winter gear now.
4. Do you drive?
Not yet. Seventeen and still permit-less (I'm lazy).
5. What time did you wake up this morning?
5:20. Normal school day...
6. When was the last time you showered?
This morning.
7. What was the last movie you saw?
I actually do not watch a lot of movies, but perhaps it was Roman Holiday.
8. What does your last text message say?
"Thank you again for coming! It means a lot that you cared so much about me teching. c:" From a friend whose play I just saw. She did theatre tech for her first show, and as a techie who has been doing it since freshman year I am quite proud of her.
9. What’s your ringtone?
I actually...don't...really have one. /// I tried to set it as Eridan's theme but that sort of failed since I do not know the workings of my phone.
10. Have you ever been to a different country?
No, but someday I would like to visit France or China or both!!
11. Do you like sushi?
I am actually not too fond of it! It's very squishy and slimy.
12. Where do you buy your groceries?
Safeway like all the cool kids do.
13. Have you ever taken medication to help you fall asleep faster?
Nope. I usually fall asleep right away and if not I stay up half the night worrying if I misspelled a word in a tweet.
14. How many siblings do you have?
One older sister who is in college.
15. Do you have a desktop computer or a laptop?
I use my family's desktop computer which is literally ten years old. It makes a roaring noise all the time.
16. How old will you be turning on your next birthday?
Eighteen. Oh my gosh I just realized I am going to be an adult next time November 8 rolls around.
17. Do you wear contacts or glasses.
I'd say I have 20/20 vision but now that I think about it, the eye sight in my left eye might be 30.
18. Do you colour your hair?
I always think it would be neat to dye it a bright color, but I don't want to damage my hair. Guess I'll be stuck a brunette forever.
19. Tell me something you are planning to do today.
Sleep because it's 11:33.
20. When was the last time you cried?
About a week ago at my Pops' funeral.
21. What is your perfect pizza topping?
I'm cool with really anything!! About a week ago I had one with veggies and pepper on it which was delicious.
22. Which do you prefer: hamburgers or cheeseburgers?
Cheeseburgers. Sometimes I have flashbacks to a day when I was in eighth grade and my (future) high school had a day for us to check out the school. They had McDonalds and I grabbed a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger and it was dry. Also the day sucked overall since I was going to a public school and everyone from private school already knew each other (I go to a private high school, uniforms and all).
23. Have you ever had an all-nighter?
No, it seems like a bit of a waste. Actually I am one of those weird people who likes to go to bed at around 9:30 (except for tonight I guess). There just seems like no point to staying up so late because you cannot accomplish anything and you'll only be tired the next day.
24. What is your eye color?
Blue. At first I did not like my eyes, but now I think they are my best feature.
25. Can you taste the difference between Pepsi and Coke?
Oh gosh no because I dislike either. Coke makes me want to puke.
26. What’s your favorite kind of ice cream?
I have a certain fondness for Breyers vanilla ice cream.
27. Describe the outfit you wore today.
I wore a grey headband with a boy, a loose pink shirt from dELiA's, a black skirt with pink flowers and lace, some black tights from Target, and some black boots.
28. Do you wear makeup?
Not at all. It just seems like too much of a hassle to put on and take off, except maybe for nail polish. I would like to try lipstick some day though.
29. What’s your favorite food?
Oh goodness, I have no idea. Cheesecake, maybe?
30. What’s your favorite song at the moment?
"Oh No!" by Marina and the Diamonds.
