New skirt from ON

I just picked up this skirt at ON for $10! It's a size or two larger than I would normally wear, but I like the way it falls lower on my hips. Just shopping my closet to create an outfit around it and thought this turned out pretty cute. I definitely like the look of a longer cardi such that the rows of ruffles peek out beneath. Very similar look to JCrew's new ruffled carly dress, which I haven't been bold enough to try on yet. Top few buttons of cardi are buttoned, w/ belt worn over. I think you could add some textured tights for warmth. And I can't get enough of this necklace, so versatile and lets you build outfits around it. Grab it while you can!
