ok, so i seriously need to work on the body, mind, and spirit for 2013. i'm getting back into running and yoga, and some friends are wanting me to join their boot camp (but it's brutal expensive, so maybe one month?). 
anywho, i must do this! 
i am a bridesmaid in a wedding this july and i feel like a complete chubster after these tasty holidays. this is my motivation. and i always feel so much better when i exercise and feel great when I look my best. MUST DO THIS! why is it so hard to get back into shape, but so easy to fall out of it! ugh!

Good luck!! (Wishing myself the same!!) Even though it is indeed tough to get back into a good routine, the odds are in our favour if we have realistic targets and friends who share our goals - I find I'll keep a date to meet a friend for a run/ swim, but often let it slide if I'm on my own. However, an expensive program can't guarantee success, so spend your $$$ wisely!
