New Year's Eve Beauty, Easy as 1-2-3

This New Year's Eve, I'm planning to hit the town in a sequined party dress. I'll keep the rest of my look feminine, playing up my eyes with a smoky lid and winged liner and curling my hair in loose waves. Then, to finish my makeup, I’ll add a slight shimmer to my cheeks and lips.
