good morning! :) well it's actually 10am here, but i've been up since 7:30! weee. haaha. i've been getting up earlier because well school starts the 16th & i've been running! yes i've started running. & i love it! like it feels amazing to run. i've never done that before & i'm glad i've started. if you guys have been running for awhile do you have any tips for a beginner like me? :)

yesterday i started working on my future book. haha. okay so it'll probably never be a book but i'm working on a writing project. & i've always wanted to have something i wrote published. that's my number one goal in life is to have a book published! oh my god that would be ahhhhhmazinggg. anyways, i'm really happy with how it's starting so far. i might post some of it on here, not sure yet.

i'm actually planning on a road trip that i want to do when i'm 18. i want to move to LA so i decided that i could always have a road trip there & stop by every tourist trap possible. :P & if i did live in LA my cousins are from there so i could totally just move in with them until i found a place of my own. i have this all planned out. haha.

I've been running for a year and a half now, but I stopped for six months over winter and my biggest tip is literally - NEVER skip training [unless you have an injury, in which case make sure you do not run - it's not worth it!], I mean my six months was a bit drastic and afterwards I ended up with slower times than my first ever runs! But even now I find even if I miss 2/3 runs I will find the next time I run again a lot harder and/or slower, so don't skip training (: Also try to run on an empty stomach (ie- run in the morning or don't eat a meal for 3-4 hours before, and no snacks for one hour+ before), & never drink lots of fizzy drinks/any milkshakes before you run! Always think about the positives - you are ALWAYS lapping the people on the couch - no matter how slow you go. My last tip would be to change up the distances, running longer distances (slower obviously) and shorter distances (hopefully faster) really helps me improve my overall times & fitness(:
