Now Trending at NYFW: Long, Loose Locks
Low-maintenance ladies, rejoice! The hot hairstyle at this New York Fashion Week was about as lo-fi and low-effort as can be. It pretty much involved wearing your hair long and loose, with a part, side or center. Combing optional. The hair wasn't meticulously flat-ironed or perfectly spiral-curled. It involved no volumizing, and little if any discernible gloss. Flyaways and frizz? That's fine. Flat on top and wavy on bottom? Still cool. Smooshed on one side and sticking out on another like you slept on your side? On trend!
You can achieve this look with a two-step process: 1) grow your hair long then 2) part it. An optional step 3) combing. And this wasn't just a one-show trend. We're talking about seeing this look at like a dozen shows, with varying degrees of muss.
Are you excited about this no-fuss, no-muss hair trend, or do you prefer a more polished look?
