TAKE ME HOME WORKOUT
This workout is after One Direction’s new album: Take Me Home.
If anything hurts then please stop, and stay hydrated. Oh, and this workout will require dumbbells or weights of some sort.
Turn on the album, and begin your workout.

Song: BACK FOR YOU
MOVE 1: Lie facedown, balancing on your elbows, forearms, and toes. Make sure to keep your abs tight. Twist to your right, and lower your right hip to the floor. Keep your back straight. Raise to your starting position. Do 10 times.
Song: C’mon C’mon
MOVE 2: Lie face up, dumbbells above your chest with your elbows slightly bent, and your palms in. Raise your left leg so your shin is parallel to the floor. Lower your arms out to your sides as you straighten your left leg, keeping foot off floor. Pull your knee back in and raise your arms, squeezing chest muscles as if you are hugging a ball. Do 10 times. Repeat with other leg.
Song: HEART ATTACK
MOVE 3: Lie down on your back, your legs extended, arms overhead, palms facing each other. Raise your arm toward your feet, pull abs in, roll your head, shoulders, and back off the floor, and reach toward your toes. Roll back down to the floor. Repeat 20 times.
Song: KISS YOU
MOVE 4: Lie with your face down, arms extended over your head, and your palms facing in. Lift your head and arms off the floor and hold for 2 counts. Life chest a few inches off the floor, and push arms out to your sides and down toward your legs. Lower your chest and bend arms, bring them along body back to start position. Do 10 times.
Song: LIVE WHILE WE’RE YOUNG
MOVE 5: Sit with your knees bent, heels on floor, and your arms in front of your body like you’re holding a magazine. Roll back halfway down to the floor and twist to your side. Pull yourself up to the starting position. Repeat on other side. Do 10 on each side.
MOVE 6: Stand with feet wide, toes out, dumbbells by thighs, your palms forward. Bend knees and lower as your curl the weights toward your shoulders. Squeeze your legs as you stand up and straighten your arms. Do 10 times.
Song: ROCK ME
MOVE 7: Stand with your feet together, dumbbells over your head, and your palms forward. Step with one foot forward and bend both knees as you lower your weights toward your shoulder. Stand up to starting position, pressing the weights overhead. Do 10 times, and then switch legs.
Song: SHE’S NOT AFRAID
MOVE 8: Stand with your feet about four inches apart, dumbbells at your sides, and palms facing behind you. Sit back, keeping eight over your heels, as your arms swing forward toward your knees. Stand up while pressing weights behind you. Do 10 times.
Song: STILL THE ONE
MOVE 9: Stand with a dumbbell in your left hand at your side and your right hand on a chair for balance. Keep your spine straight and your abs tight. Lean forward and lower your left arm while lifting your left leg. Stand up while doing a bicep curl and raising your left knee in front.
Song: I WOULD
MOVE 10: Stand with your feet together and dumbbells at your sides. Cross your right leg behind your left leg, bend your knees, and lower as you raise your right arm out to your side. Stand up to starting position and lower your arm. Do 10 times, and switch sides.
