I wanted to switch my default format up a bit by trying to capture a character using a variety of images. In this case, it's Pippa Cross, the tragic character of The Gemma Doyle Trilogy ("A Great and Terrible Beauty" is the first book). Perhaps it was easier to transition from a Sansa-inspired set to a Pippa one, given their initial parallels: pretty, upper-class, naive dreamers who desperately fight for what they want and believe is the right decision, only to be dealt the cruelest possible reality (which they should never be blamed for). The theme of fate vs. free will is also present in both series (the other being A Song of Ice and Fire), but while Sansa is deciding her own fate, Pippa never truly gets the chance.
