Listen to your body. Your body is always speaking to you. When you feel tired, go to sleep. If you can’t fall asleep get up and do something. If you’re hungry, eat. If you can’t stand some dish, don’t eat it. If you feel for another portion, ask for it. If you long for some particular food, eat it. Your body needs it for a reason. If some yoga posture hurts your body get out of it. Don’t force your body. It’s not meant to be in pain. If you feel for running, go out and run. Don’t limit yourself. Just listen to your body. It’s guiding you perfectly. It’s your best friend.
