Hey guys! Here it is! My organization tip! :D
So let us start (:
You may possibly want to invest in a few of these items first ;) (optional)
1. A Calendar (for school projects and tests)
2. A Timer (for your zones)
3. Post-it Notes! (: (for your bathroom)
4. STICKERS! :D (YOU SHALL SEE!)
5. Pens or Pencils (ORR! You can be fun and get SHARPIES!!) :D (for your calendar)
♦Ok, so first find yourself a computer desk (or a table) somewhere to keep your things. I prefer a desk, just because it has little hiding places (: haha. But anyways, this is where you are going to keep your backpack and other school things. (Gym clothes, instruments for band, etc.)
♦Now, get yourself a notebook. This is going to be your checklist. Make a list of the things you are going to need for school eachday. (Trust me, this sounds lame, but it REALLY helps, i promise)
♦With your Post-it Notes, make yourself little notes telling you what you need to do for the next day (this isn't just for school things, but for household chores, etc.) Hang them up in your bathroom! It Makes your bathroom pretty too (:
◦So here are the things you need to do before bed, start about 30 minutes before your "bedtime"
-Lay out your clothes for the next day. Including
make-up, hair stuff, socks, etc. This will save
precious morning minutes. (:
-Check your calendar, for tomorrow school
-Clean up your zone for 10 minutes. (I will tell you
about zones in a little bit)
-Put your backpack and such at your desk.
-Brush your teeth and do nighttime routines.
-Give yourself a sticker! on your calendar for
finishing everything for the day (:
-Get into bed and read or whatnot.
•Get up and make your bed.
•Shower, if you didn't the night before.
•Get dressed, do hair, and make-up.
•Check your calendar for daily activities.
•Go get some food, girl!
•Get lunch or lunch money ready.
•Morning chores? Get 'em in there.
•Gather all your stuff from your desk.
•Check your backpack checklist and make sure you have everything.
•You are ready!
After school routine!
•Change clothes, put dirty gym clothes in the laundry.
•Get yourself a nice snack.
•Get out your timer, and set it for 15 minutes. During these 15 minutes, get some homework done. Then give yourself a 15 minute break.
•Keep doing this until allllll your homework is done, or just work until it's finished.
•Check the calendar again, for projects that are due during the week, and possibly get started.
•Got any chores? Get those done.
ZONES! Trust me, this helps SO MUCH. It saves you tons of time on your Saturdays when you want to be with your friends.
For the zones, you only set your timer for 10 minutes. And during these 10 minutes, just work on one of the zones depending on the day.
•On Monday, you are doing Zone 1.
Zone one is your bed. So clear off your nightstand, and get rid of any trash.
•On Tuesday, you are doing Zone 2.
Zone two is your closet. Put any dirty clothes laying around in the laundry basket. Put away clean clothes, and hang them up.
•On Wednesday, is Zone 3.
Zone three is your floor. Pick up anything. and Vaccuum!
•On Thursday, is Zone 4.
Zone four is your desk and dressers. Clean them off and dust them.
•And Friday, is Zone 5.
Zone five is where you clean your bathroom. Wipe it completely down, get new towels, clean the toilet, etc.
•Saturday is FREEEEEEEEEEEEE!
•Sunday is also FREEEEEEEEEEEE!
