Original acrylic painting: Lakeside in Winter I could almost feel the chill of a midwinter's day, as I worked on this painting of a lake ringed with frosty trees. The piece is rendered in the soft colors of early morning, so it has a very tranquil quality... even if it does chill the tips of your ears a bit! This piece is painted with high quality acrylic paints on an 10" X 10" gallery-wrapped canvas (7/8" profile). The painting wraps around the canvas, so no frame is necessary. The canvas is not yet wired, allowing you to apply hanging hardware of your choosing. The painting is finished with a spray varnish to protect and preserve your investment.
