Ostrich Egg Santa Rocking Horse Blue

In the tradition of the coveted painted ostrich eggshells of ancient Nubia, two Victorian-style Christmas scenes are reproduced from paintings onto a real ostrich eggshell. The reverse shows St. Nicholas surrounded with children. Only unfertilized emptied shells are used, and each is unique in size and shape. The one shown is 4 1/2" diameter x 7"h. A wooden stand is included.
