Peachy Crisp [Serves 8]
Two 15 3/4 canned, sliced peaches [drained]
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
o1. Preheat oven to 375 `F
o2. Open peaches and put into a greased baking dish.
o3. Mix together flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bixing bowl. Using 2 butter knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over peaches.
o4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
o5. Serve peach crisp warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. (:
