The point's that there is no romance around there / October 1st, 2012

It's October! The 'back to school' portion of school is over, meaning that I think we've all settled in to our schedules quite nicely and we can all focus on the actual autumn, Halloween, pumpkin, and sweater aspects of the season which are my favorite. I know I keep on talking about autumn a lot, but I LOVE autumn and fall vibes and that's really my favorite part of the school year, okay.
 
What also makes school feel like we've really all settled in is that passing of homecoming. I went to my fourth and last homecoming this year and it actually wasn't that bad. I had a fun time after (I went to a bonfire) and spent yesterday, the day after, literally taking like four naps and snuggling up to basically every pillow in my house. It was a good feeling.
 
Speaking of homecoming, spirit week also came and went as well. I didn't really participate though I kind of wish I did for class color day because I am a senior after all. Oh well, I guess. My teacher also gave me her copy of Marie Antoinette to borrow which I watched Friday night (cause, you know, I'm so popular and have so many friends and spend my wild Friday nights watching movies about the last queen of France, you know) and I liked it a lot. I liked the modern music with the contrast of the old-time-y scenery and all of the little, tiny details. It was interesting.
 
In other news, I got a pair of headphones that were $10 for 2 bucks (SCORE) and some tights and a new dress that I need to take back because it's too big on me :-( oh well.
 
In the end, fall is here and it's getting colder and I found some really good bargains at target. Okay bye ♡
