polka dots and moonbeams top

This is a unique top with polka dot designs all over and cinching that starts at the neckline going down to the waist. It's elastic towards the waist with ruffles along the entire front and center. Has a fabric flower on the right side of the neckline with a large rhinestone and beads in the center. This is definitely a top that is bound to capture people's attention! 30% silk, 70% cotton. ~24.5" long.
