Portia - Shimmer Veil

Portia Shimmer Veil is designed for all-over use. It's sheer and provides not only a really subtle base glow, but is FULL of the most amazing iridescent pinky-violet and pale yellow reflects. Very glowy, very gorgeous. It looks especially lovely when foiled, but for all-over use, I recommend applying after you moisturize before your moisturizer has completely absorbed. This will ensure a longer lasting, more noticeable effect. This listing includes one 10 gram jar with a sifter and is filled with 2.5gram of cosmetic pigment.
