Trish's handcrafted Precision Smudge Brush is perfectly dome-shaped to sit at the roots of lashes and smudge any powder or pencil eyeliner for a softly defined eye or to layer color over liner for added definition. How to use: For a softly defined eyeliner look, press Brush #41 firmly into product. Tap off excess and test the color on the back of your hand to ensure you have the desired amount of pigment. Lift your chin up as you look down into your mirror and sweep the brush from the outer corner of your eye inward alone or over your existing eyeliner.
