"Everyone dies, someday and somehow. Girl is not your average teenager although she's pretty good at pretending she is. She is dying of cancer. When all hope seems lost, she meets boy and wants to fight back, harder than before. Can she live her life as a normal teen, when she can't even go a day without going to the hospital? And can she fall in love when her time is limited?"
Beth sighed as her dad dropped her off at school. She kissed his cheek lightly before swinging her backpack over shoulder and hopping out of the truck as she made her way up the stairs into the school. She had missed school for the past week because of her chemo therapy. Only her close friends knew she was fighting cancer, but never brought it up, which she was thankful for. Having cancer was the last thing she always wanted to think about. She wanted to think about having good grades, falling in love, having a boyfriend, going to prom, normal teenage girl stuff. She made her way to her locker as she started to put her bag and jacket into her locker, humming a bit as she tucked a piece of her long hair behind her ear.
