Clothes as therapy? AbsoLUTEly! I wear skirts a LOT... I feel comfy and feminine in them. I also find that color can be a mood-changer. If I'm feeling blue, I wear red. Or pink. It really helps!

Hah, yeah, you know I never thought of that. It's true people use their clothes to "cover up" and a person in sloppy sweats (as opposed to fashionable cute sweats!) and dumpy old "comfy" sneakers or something...they just scream depression. I know I just feel way worse if I'm wearing THOSE clothes, unless it's late at night and I'm sleeping....or sick.

Perhaps too many people seek their therapy in the sloppy, lazy clothes. Maybe they should try your idea. Dress so you look fantastic and maybe you will also feel fantastic. Couldn't hurt to try.
