Autumn is the perfect time of year to go for a walk. A spring walk is nice for reflection and peace, but an autumnal walk crackles the leaves underfoot, the air is crisp and invigorating and I always get a healthy dose of much needed energy and refreshment that I get in no other season. This is due in no small part to the fallen leaves on the sidewalk filling the air with the woody aroma and making the wind visible.
