((Okay, so someone requested this set...i don't remember who. But here it is..))

Want to eat healthier lunches than then 1000 calorie junk they sell at school? Pack it!! Take your own lunch to school, and fill your lunch box with healthy things!

Fruits and Veggies: Pack an apple, or orange everyday. Don't like fruit? Pack Carrots, or celery instead. Just Make sure you include your fruits and vegtables in every meal. 
IDEAS: clementines, apples, oranges, grapes, strawberries, kiwi, pears, peaches, apricots, pineapple, bananas, carrots, celery, broccoli, leftover peas or green beans, corn, potatoes, tomatoes!! 

Eat something healthy as your main dish. You could eat sandwiches, salads, & more. As long as it's not junk(: 

Sandwich Ideas: Pb & J, Lettuce and Cheese, Meat and Cheese, etc. Just eat whatever sandwich you like(:

Salads: I like to eat these for lunch(: I have my mom mix together lettuce,cheese, and ranch dressing. This makes a healthier food choice and is very yummy too. 

Chicken Salad: I really like chicken salad(: and i turn it into a sandwich sometimes too. You could have Tuna Salad instead, if you prefer.

Soup: Have a soup for lunch! i know that campbell's soup has tons of soups made especially for lunches. Everyone likes some kind of soup. Whether it's chicken noodle, broccoli and cheese soup, etc. The choice is up to you!!

Give yourself a treat. Now, im not talking about those artificial packaged brownies, or twinkies. Im talking about, "mom's leftover brownies, or cake" I usually have sun chips for a treat(: or these yummy veggie chips. ( http://www.freewebs.com/michellereynolds/veggiecrisps.jpg ) They have less calories than a twinkie. 

You really can have anything you want to drink. But, i would DEFIANTLY stay away from sodas for lunch, like pepsi, or sprite. They are full of calories, and also have lots of sugar and caffeine in them, and that's not good for your afternoon learning. Especially if your extra hyper. 
Good Drinks to have at lunchtime:
Capri Suns or Juice Boxes
A water bottle ((HIGHLY RECOMMENDED))

I take a water bottle with little 0 Calorie flavorings to make it taste like orange juice, and I end up drinking the whole bottle, which is great; because I never drink water, especially bottled water!
