-light a candle. 

-spray stress relieving spray. (they sell it at bath & body works)

-go for a run or do some yoga (: 

-take a nap.

-do some breathing excersises. breath in and out deeply until you relax your muscles & quiet the mind. 

-take a bubble bath or just a shower. (: 

-take a walk.

-paint your toes/fingers.

-listen to music.

-stretching.

-call your friend & talk and laugh. (: 

-read!

-make a to-do list. 

-cry it out. i mean, sometimes you just have to cry.

-visualize yourself doing well and doing everything right.

-create a plan.
