I love the ocean! I keep telling my children to bury me on the beach in the full sun up a little ways from the crabs. We used to go to the ocean every year on our summer vacation until I had melanoma and could no longer enjoy the sun. You must have many wonderful memories. Your reason for moving is both beautiful and wise. I'm sure your heavenly crown will be filled with jewels. Maybe your mansion will sit beside a fabulous sea!

What an beautiful scene & I too love the sea, it's smells the sounds although not a big fan of swimming in the ocean, I do but not carefree feelings

I have always lived near the ocean or right on the bay.. I don't now. I live high in the mountains.
I live up here for a reason. It is because I believe that America will come under great and terrible times.
The bible warns people to move in to the hills when they see calamity coming.
Me and my husband did just that.
I love it where I live, it is quite beautiful, but nothing compares to the sea and the fresh smell it exudes.
I miss the free spirit of the ocean.
BUT, at least we can live without some big entity taxing us to death as we did in NYC.
