O.P.I Shatter Nail Lacquer

Shatter top coat by o.P.I. Featuring a special formula which when applied over nail varnish instantly cracks to give an eye catching shattered effect. Simply apply over the top of your chosen colour to create a ground-breaking cracked pattern. About me how to use shatter nail lacquer: on clean, dry, manicured nails, apply 1 coat opi base coat. Apply 1 - 2 coats chosen opi nail lacquer shade and allow to dry. Apply 1 coat (and only 1 coat!) shatter by opi, quickly covering entire nail. Allow to dry completely. Optional: for a shiny finish, apply choice of opi top coat. Note: always replace cap tightly after use. If shatter by opi begins to thicken in the bottle, thin with 2-3 drops opi nail lacquer thinner.
