Here's a good option if you want to start eating healthier... :) Each roll have only 75-100 calories... so it can be a really good snack... or lunch!! :) Hope you like it.

- Thin rice or thin rice noodles (cooked, you can choose the best for you)
- Round rice paper sheets
- Lettuce
- Cucumbers 
- Carrots 
- Optional*: You can also add cooked chicken and avocado.

What to do:

O1. Start cutting cucumbers and carrots in thin strips.

O2. Put warm water in a container and dip in a rice paper sheet for about 15 seconds and then place it a plate.

O3. Place lettuce in the center of the rice paper sheet.

O4. Then add the sliced cucumber, carrots and also the cooked rice or rice noodles.

O5. If you want to add an extra ingredient like chicken, avocado or whatever... add it.

O6. Fold carefully each side over the top, giving it a roll shape.

O7. Place seam side down on a plate 

O8. Make all the roll and then cut each roll in half.

And that's it... now you can eat a little bit healthier.. :)
