Unisex Steampunk Top Hat In Berry Wine Velour

Unisex Steampunk top hat in the very best quality of rich burgundy red wine velour. Will fit, up to and including, a 24 inch circumference head size. Please measure your head. Measuring instructions found in the shop policies. Don't worry if your head is a bit smaller than 24 inches. Just let me know your head size and I can include a padded sizing strip that fits under the sweat band to make the fit more snug! This is a full size top hat, not a mini top hat. The band is a flowered lacy 1 3/4 inch wide applique Soft purple fan of coque saddle feathers with an aubergine tip adds just the right amount of drama. Center front is an Art Nouveau woman with a hand rubbed patina backing that has a slight iridescent sheen to give it depth. Small round faux Opel (I think, I honestly don't know, it could be real?) between the lacy metal Victorian wings. Hat crown is just slightly under 5 inches tall. This hat warrants the "M" word....
