I can see why you won first place, it's BRILLIANT! This piece is intoxicating, beautiful, powerful elixir of magic, passion, strength, and the power of being held back by circumstance, but I see strength and power in the midst of this storm. Blue in my interpretation of this piece symbolizes trust, wisdom, confidence, and his intelligence. The Teal- Aqua is associated with emotional healing and protection surrounding him despite the storm. The Dark blue in your represents to me his knowledge, power, integrity, and seriousness of his passion. I hope it was ok to say so. I am new here to Polyvore, utilizing it because I can't paint due to shoulder surgery and I'm addicted. Cheers, ~K
