hi guys! so today I have so really nice, completly natural hair/skin remedies! seriously their amazing.
1)for hydrating you hair/skin.
olive oil (2 tsp.)
directions: get your avacado and cut it half. then take out the pit and scoop it out on to a bowl. then dice it up. peel the bannana and dice that too. either mash it up with a fork or blend together using a blender. and the two tsp. of olive oil. mix well.
How to apply: pull you hair back and with a brush or your hands apply a generus amount on your skin, then wait for 20 min. tick, tock, tick, tock! time to take it off! but before you do that gently rub into your skin. then rinse off.
For the hair mask: take the leftovers from the face mask and rub into your hair from the roots down or starting from where ever you'd like, but make sure to get the ends, those will be dryest. this will make your hair shiny, smooth, and soft.
2) for dull, dry hair that lacks luster
A: if you have highlights, use freshly squeezed lemon juice on washed hair. this will induce natural highlights too.
B: Beer, sounds weird i know. but it's used by professionals everywhere. why? it's a great setting lotion/conditioner. pour it onto your hair, comb through, then rinse.
C: mannaise. rubbing this in your hair will do SO MUCH! it will nourish your brittle hair while giving body and bounce.
D: to regain supple hair, mix powder yeast with 4 ounces of apple cider vinager. this is an after-wash rinse. after you've washed your hair, pour over and wait 1 min. then rinse
3) for oily hair/skin
A:simply mix 1 tsp. of baking soda for every 2 tsp. of your shampoo and wash your hair. the soda will absorb excess oil.
B: baking soda does the same with your skin, mix water and baking soda together untill you get a paste and rubb into your skin. rinse when done.
C: use lemon as an astrigent facial clenser.
mix ground oats and honey together the oats will exfoliate you skin and the honey will seep into your skin for moisture. use once a week.
