It will be easy to roll your eyes at me, go ahead, I probably deserve it. This week marked the first time I've visited Las Vegas. Forget the desperate gamblers, hookers and everyone else, the most depressing sight I've seen yet, are the little Guatemalan/Peruvian people standing on the sidewalk, handing out business cards for "ventures in the dark". You know they thought coming to America wouldn't involve selling someone, and yet here they are, soliciting every. single. person. that walks by, pushing the cards on everyone. It breaks my crusty, wrinkled up heart. Aaaannnnndddd, end rant.
