Hi girls, it's Isabella!

Now, I know that a LOT of girls, including myself, crave that thigh gap. I recently started a diet meant for my thighs, and I already notice my thigh fat disapearring. I don't want to keep it all to myself, so I thought I'd share it with you girls who wanted to get toned legs. ♥



01 - THE WORKOUTS. ♥
Now, it is good to do workouts meant for your thighs, but also, doing other things helps weight all over go away. ~
I do these workouts with my trainer, and so do a lot of girls in my school, and they are stick thin [ well their legs are c; ]
You'll see results FAST and it's HEALTHY to do this, so don't worry ladies!
Here's your workout plan for the week ::
- MONDAY - 50 squats, 25 pushups, 5 minute planks (three reps), Half hour jog, [ If you don't want to jog and you have a pool ] Swim for two and a half hours, 20 minutes yoga, one hour kick boxing, one hour cardio
- TUESDAY - 45 squats, 30 pushups, 7 minute planks (two reps), 1 hour jog, [ if you don't want to jog and you have a pool ] Swim for one hour, 40 minute yoga, half hour kick boxing, 45 minute cardio
- WEDNESDAY - 55 squats, 30 pushups, 5 minute planks (five reps), 1 hour jog, [ if you don't want to jog and you have a pool ] Swim for 1 1/2 hours, one hour yoga, 45 minute kick boxing, 45 minute cardio
- THURSDAY - 60 squats, 35 pushups, 7 minute planks (four reps), 45 minute jog, [ If you don't want to jog and you have a pool ] Swim for two and a half hours, 90 minutes yoga, one hour kick boxing, one hour cardio
- FRIDAY through SUNDAY - REST DAYS.

Now, you may think, that is waaaay too much for you. Give it a shot! I seriously thought I would die the first day, but I felt better than ever, and soon, this whole thing was easy for me. Just alternate the times and count of moves you do c:


02 - THE MEALS. ♥
NOW, I know a lot of girls usually think " I can workout but still eat what I want ". Well NO, you can't. Eating the right foods HELPS you loose weight, working out just helps you keep those calories off and keeping you toned. So if you ever plan on becoming thinner, know that you need to follow a healthy diet also.

TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR CALORIES, JOURNAL IT ♥(:
Journaling calories is the easiest way to go back and see what you ate, how much you ate, and everything in between.
Food journals work like this ::
Date : September 2, 2012
Food : Yoplait Yogurt
Grams : 170 
Calories : 170
Fat : 1.5
Carbs : 33
Protein : 5
[ just take note of whatever is on the label ]


YOUR CALORIE INTAKE FOR THE DAY ; 2,600 
^ You don't have to eat all those calories, but it's a wise choice too. It's also okay to go a little above that intake .

THINGS YOU CAN'T HAVE ;
- Carbonated / Energy drinks
- Fast Food
- Anything fried
- Cupcakes / Cakes
- Chips [ Well you can, but the baked kind ]
- Things with a calorie content higher than 700
- Candy
- White bread

MEALS ;
This is just some of the things you can eat.

Breakfast ::
01. Cheerios, low fat milk, apple or orange, granola bar.
02. Whole wheat waffles, milk, cup of mixed fruit
03. Whole wheat bagel, low fat cream cheese spread, 100% pure fruit juice [ making it yourself is the only way to know it's 100% pure ], small bowl of cereal

Lunch ::
01. Salad with light vinagerette dressing, jasmine tea, handful tortilla chips lightly salted.
02. Tuna wrap, arnold palmer [ make your own for a healthier kind ], fruit cup
03. Fruit salad, water

Snacks ::
01. Whole wheat graham crackers, peanut butter [ make a 'sandwhich' out of them ], water.
02. Porkskins, water
03. Cheese sticks, water


Dinner ::
01. Mini pizza [ http://www.polyvore.com/mini_pizza/set?id=21603967&lid=1811307 ] , sparkling water, side salad
02. Baked pita chips, hummus, sparkling water
03. Tuna burger, lemonade, fruit salad.

OHYEAH, and sassy water? DON'T DRINK IT. It lowers your sodium levels, and you can pass out.

If you want to cheat once in a while, DO IT. It's perfectly fine to cheat on a diet, ladies! I choose to by drinking mocktails [ http://www.polyvore.com/mocktails/set?id=37258575&lid=1811307 ], it's seriously the only way I'll cheat on a diet.
