Tell us all about yourself. But don't give us a lecture (be brief).
Hi, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Lola Franc, 25 year old model from Sweden but I own an apartment in New York City that I share with my best friend. I've been modelling since I was 19 and I was casted whilst out shopping. Although that's seen as a late age to start modelling, I pursued my goal to become a model and I'm here, doing what I love. Despite my busy schedule, I still visit home to see my family who have supported my choices of becoming a model. It's been great having the support I need when making a huge step and I want to be there for you girls when enduring this not-so-smooth path to becoming a model.
Why do you want to be in this competition?
I wanted to be a mentor so I could help girls like myself, wanting to follow a dream, by motivating them, giving them the advice they need and the support anyone needs in enduring such a journey. We will have our up's and down's but that's like any road to success; you have to keep your chin high because they'd kill to see you fall.
What can you bring to the competition? What is your strength?
I view myself as a polite and kind-hearted person, something rare in such an industry, and with such a personality I hope I will be seen as more approachable in times of need. So, my guidance and support is what I shall bring to these girls. I hope to teach them the must know's of catwalk and posing (on catwalk and in photoshoot's) that I have learnt over the years.
Who is your role model?
You shouldn't look up to someone else because you will find yourself comparing you and them, picking out faults/flaws. I am my own role model and you should be your own role model.

What TEAM LOLA is looking for?
I'm looking for girls who are confident in themselves and the choices they make. I don't want a girl who compares themselves to others constantly, hoping that one day they can be as 'pretty' or 'smart' as this other girl because it will only lead to uncertainty in everything they do (and trust me, photographer's and professional models will notice this). You need to be true to yourself, also, don't act like something you're not. You're not going into the fashion industry to be an actor, you want to be a model. And last but not least, you need to be motivated. You need to have the right frame of mind, that you can do this and you will do this. You will stumble and trip but you need to get back up and show everyone who's watching you, that you're persistent and that you will reach the stars and further. If you're confident, true to yourself and persistent, then you're looking at the right team and mentor.
And if you aren't as confident as you want to be, then I can help you because as a mentor, that's what I'm here for.
