love the mix up, classically BEAUTIFUL!

These dresses remind me a little of my Great grandmother's dress that I wore for my wedding in 1979. The one on the girl in the middle is similar. High neck, tiny waist, handkerchief linen and hand made, very fine,delicate lace. The sleeves were puffed from shoulder to just below elbow and then they were fitted to the arm snugly. The lower part all lace and the upper a combination of the very thin , delicate handkerchief linen with lace insets. I loved it. I had a pair of shoes like those in the picture but since my Great Grandmother was shorter than I I had to wear ballet slippers with silk flowers on the toes (I couldn't have any heel or the dress would look very short ).
