Here are some ways you can grow hair fast naturally: Read below... • To increase the length of your hair, nip any potential damage in the bud by getting regular trims. Trims just cut the bottom of your hair. These are not meant to cut a lot of inches. • You always want to use a wide toothed com b to comb wet hair. Avoid using a brush to brush wet hair fact is, when your mane is wet, it is most likely to be broken and damaged. • Use an aloe Vera massage on your scalp, leave it for an hour and then rinse it with warm water. • Another natural approach is to rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar and sage tea. • Boiled water with rosemary leaves used as a daily rinse will also strengthen your hair strands even further. Growing hair fast naturally is rather simple, but it does take time and persistence. Resist the urge to cut hair or to color it as this will only hurt your efforts to grow out your hair. Another good technique is to use a hot oil treatment made of natural herbs to cleanse the scalp and increase blood flow for maximum hair growth. *And Finally, If you have 2 minutes - I will share you my story "How I Make My Hair Grow Faster, Longer, Thicker and More Beautiful in 15 Days". Hi! Now i'm speaking totally from experience, but thees few tips have helped significantly. I know that everyone is different, and some of thees tips may work better or be less effective on others. Firstly, this first tip may be the weirdest of all, and many of you will probably think i'm crazy, but this (for me) was one of the most helpful tips, so i'm asking you to just try this. Hanging your head upside down, this is a great way to increase your blood circulation throughout your head witch will stimulate your hair growth. (But don't hang your head upside down for too long) Secondly, Don't wash your hair every day, this may sound disgusting (for some of you) but it works. Washing your hair every day, wares out your hair, and that will prevent hair growth. Yes, its good to take a bath every day, but just don't was your hair every day. Also, Do Not brush your hair when wet, this will stretch your hair, or break it, witch will cause split ends. Thirdly, (just for girls) You could take prenatal pills, this may sound weird also, but it does work. Fourthly, Eat healthy, Don't eat too much, greasy, fatty, sugary foods, its okay to, but just don't eat those foods too much. Also, eat and drink a lot of protein and vegetables. Finally, Get some exercise, join a fitness group, or just simply go for a run, anything to get your blood pumping. I hope this helps :)

To encourage fast hair growth you need to get rid of split ends. So get regular trims. A trim once every 7-9 weeks. (If you have hair that is really healthy then you can trim your hair every 12 weeks. A trim by the way that a trim is just a snip off the ends of your hair) Do not brush your hair with a brush as it will tear your hair. Use a wide toothed comb four times a week to message the scalp. Use it on dry hair and never wet Tips from www.MakeMyHairGrowFaster.org/mira-hair-oil

Biotin is proven to help.. but only if the person can tolerate taking it. The only proven aid in helping hair grow.. is heat and blood flow. For those that have shorter hair styles.. you may notice when you have your hair trimmed, that it grows longer on one side vs. the other? It is because you sleep longer on one side. I do.. on my left.. and my hair grows longer on my left side. Due to the heat created from my head and the pillow. Stimulating the head my taking a boar hair, or short bristle brush and "massaging" your head, will create the same effect, without causing you to black out from turning your head upside down!! The rest are myths, all have been proven wrong.

The best way I keep my long hair ends moisturized is: olive oil on dry hair for 1-2 hours then wash normally. I also use silk therapy serum on the ends.
