hello girls! today i'm going to be sharing a few different exercises that will help you get thinner thighs. i just want to say that before i start being "skinny" or "thin" doesn't mean that you are any more or less of a person. beautiful people come in all shapes and sizes. (: ok, on to the tip.

here are some really good ones:
other exercises:
inner-thigh press with rubber ball:
get down in a sit-up position with knees bent. place a medium rubber ball (or knotted up beach towel) between your knees. push your knees together and hold for 30 seconds. relax for ten seconds. repeat 4 more times.
walking for 30 minutes to an hour a day
leg lifts:
lying face down, lift your legs from just above your knees so your feet are a few inches off the ground. bend your knees, keeping them off the ground, and hold that position. start with 5 seconds, and gradually work up to 15 seconds. slowly unbend your knees, and with control, lower your straight legs to the ground. 
thigh lifts:
hold arms out forward (you can also hold onto something if your balance isn't that great) and lift right leg up, pointing toes outward. don't lift leg all the way up. (about 12 inches or so) hold for 5 seconds, then lower leg and repeat. start with five repetitions and work up to 20 or more. repeat on the other side.
